Tilt Trim

Product Description

This genuine Carling rocker switch labeled “Tilt Trim” is manufactured by laser marking, NOT printing.   Laser technology allows for a stunning backlight effect.  It is a great upgrade to our popular Contura II style Tilt Trim rocker switch.

This product is the ENTIRE SWITCH combo and includes both the switch body and the labeled cover.  Find the laser-etched Tilt Trim switch cover sold separately here.

This Tilt trim switch is an (ON)-OFF-(ON) switch where (ON) represents a momentary function.  It is meant to raise and lower your outboard engine or I/O drive.

Switch Features:

  • Stunning readability in the dark
  • Dual lamps – top backlight, bottom indicator light
  • 3 illumination color options: white, blue or red
  • Laser-etched – no ink to wear off

How does the Backlighting work?

  • Laser marking the cover allows light to be visible only where we have marked
  • Text and symbol markings illuminate – not the normal ink over a lens
  • Top light is an externally triggered backlight – normally wired to the nav light circuit
  • Bottom light is now the indicator.  It lights when the switch is on

How our switches are better:

  1. Genuine Carling switches – We’ll never try and pass off cheap Chinese knock-offs like some of our competitors. You’ve probably seen other sites list a switch as “fits carling”… that’s a red flag.  All our switches are the genuine article.  And like all cheaply made counterfeits, you CAN tell the difference.
  2. Night Illumination – Unlike printing, our laser marking technology allows stunning readability in the dark.
  3. Support – We know this product inside and out and are happy to help our customers.  Need help wiring up one of our products, call us… seriously: (843) 297-8348
  4. Guarantee – While Carling does not offer a warranty, we’re so confidant in the quality; that if your switch breaks within 2 years, you can return it for a free replacement!

On Contura styles and colors:

This Tilt Trim illuminated rocker switch is a special Contura V style made to be laser engraved, as pictured above.  It is a similar shape, but different texture and appearance than Contura V switches that are meant to be printed.  As you can see in the images there is no lens… the etching actually becomes the lens.  So generally folks do not mix and match these switches, even among printed Contura Vs.

We carry this switch with white incandescent lamps or red or blue LEDs.  The illumination only affects the lighting, not the color of the engraving.  Blue is our most bright color, followed by white, then red is the least bright.

Contura Styles, Lenses and Colors:

This Tilt/Trim rocker switch is a Contura II style, as pictured above.  Contura II is the one with the small bumps on it.  We carry printed Contura II’s in red and blue lens options (selection from the menu above).

We also carry this label in Contura V style switch here.  The Contura V style includes a two-lamp switch, which allows a great backlighting effect for night readability.

Typical Use for a Tilt/Trim Rocker Switch:

A tilt/trim system consists of a hydraulic ram that is built into most outboards and I/Os.  It raises and lowers your motor.  This switch will control it.

Outboard trim-tilt relays explained

As soon as I finished flogging and sewing, I cut off all the threads that were dangling, and immediately tried on my new pants. The view was simply charming. While walking, almost nothing was noticeable, and only a very narrow strip showed through in the ripped seam. - But nothing happened. It is necessary to try them on the street, I said to myself and immediately went to get dressed.

A shiver of pleasure went through the young woman's body. Standing with her, he lifted her in his arms and holding her in weight, began to swing on the penis. Grasping his strong neck with her hands, Olga slapped her hips against his thighs. His cock was methodically hitting the bottom of her vagina.

At the age of thirteen, he, Dimka, "fucked" with Igor - in the barn they let their pants down and, experiencing completely natural pleasure, on. The old creaky sofa alternately rubbed against each other with their sweetly straining pipis. well, and so what if all this was - at thirteen years old. Few, perhaps, boys do exactly the same, entering the time of their impatient, greedy growing up.

It is clear that their little boy "fuck" in the barn in the evenings that summer was just a game, it was a teenage experiment, and therefore that.
