A TRIP TO NIAGARA FALLS! - Vacation 2021

Cons: "I don't think any sanitization took place in between the people who rushed off the plane and when my flight boarded."

Pros: "Crew was good but baggage claim took forever. The seating was not well arranged. The seats were very uncomfortable. The weight limit of the bags were unreasonable"
Cons: "Better seats could be better"

Pros: "The crew was amazing, super helpful, very friendly and understanding when it came to social distancing."
Cons: "The seats are not the most comfortable, but the price is right."

Pros: "Quickness, efficiency"
Cons: "Nothing. I received all I expected."

Cons: "Alligient air is an excellent economy airline that flies non-stop to smaller cities."

Cons: "The plane was filthy. It made me sick thinking that im stuck on this plane that they never clean..in the peak of sick season."

Pros: "The crew was fantastic!"
Cons: "I wish there was at least a free beverage."

Pros: "Arrived safely"
Cons: "Almost two hours late."

Cons: "Built in headrests on the seats."

Pros: "The plane was clean and crew was very friendly."
Cons: "Delayed departure with no explanation. Other passengers clogged up the overhead bins with small bags, purses and containers of to-go food. Causing me to place my carry on in an overhead bin multiple aisles behind my seat which made for a cluster trying to board and de board."

Pros: "Price of ticket. Crew was efficient."
Cons: "Baggage limitations are not clear: especially when the ticket says no carryon luggage. What they mean is anything that fits under your seat and is under 20 lbs is OK. Seat did not recline. Leg room was poor."

Pros: "Original low price for reservation"
Cons: "Large amount of additional fees making the original 'good' price not so 'good'"

Pros: "Nothing. It is a cheap airline and it shows. It is the worst airline I have ever flown."
Cons: "The crew was okay but it must be depressing to work for a company where you cannot get a glass of water without paying for it. I had never flown allegiant and was not prepared for paying $50 for my carry on bag."

Cons: "Delayed due to weather"

Pros: "Timely"
Cons: "Signs at the airport and terminal info"

Pros: "Everything was done right"
Cons: "The landing was rough"

Cons: "I dislike their pricing structure."

Pros: "To be honest nothing"
Cons: "Missed flight any no one was willing to help us pure BS"

Pros: "Availability at last minute was awesome, and the price was excellent. The direct flight was great too!"
Cons: "No frills no peanuts!"

Pros: "Cheap fare, nice crew, clean plane"
Cons: "Small seating, small snacks , extra charges for anything"

Pros: "direct flight"
Cons: "EVERYTHING is extra payment, even a small carry-on; water $2!!!; seating is extremely cramped"

Pros: "Airport and onboard crew were nice."
Cons: "It was myself, my wife, and our 18 month old son. The trip was a complete disaster. The first delay was from 12 noon to pm because the plane was unavailable. We left the airport and returned at 6 pm for the pm departure. The plane was "available." We checked our bags, found our way to the gate, and eventually boarded "ontime." Instead of taking off, however, we sat on board the plane at the gate for 2 hours as work was being done. The work was first called "maintenance," then "a small error code." The captain teased us by saying "folks, just a few more minutes and we should be departing." The crew nourished us with a dixie sized cups of water and Chex mix. Then finally the airline gave up and deplaned everyone. Once deplaned, it was explained to us that they couldn't clear the error code, so they couldn't use that plane. But there was another plane coming from Las Vegas to use so that we could expect a departure around 12 midnight. 12 midnight rolls around. Nothing. am. 1 am. Finally, a plane arrives. But then the airline holds us up yet again - turns out we can't depart after all because the arriving airport shuts down at 2 am. Gee, they didn't know that before making us wait another 3 hours??? Now they're offering a refund to anybody who wants one, as well as a hotel for the night and the promise of a flight at pm the following day. At this point, many of us are looking up alternative flights to Eugene and even Portland. A $1, extra for us. We're not sure whether we can trust Allegiant to have an actual plane ready to go the next day. And we're too tired at that point to even ask why the next flight would be at pm rather than first thing in the morning. So finally we line up to get a hotel voucher and find our way to the hotel. It takes over an hour to checkin at the hotel because it's the middle of the night and people just showed up to checkin. We finally get to our room at about am. I'm amazed at how well our toddler held up sitting on an airplane for 2 hours, sitting at the airport for about 6 hours, and waiting to fall asleep all night. We eventually made it back to the airport the following afternoon and, praise the lord, made it to our destination. Allegiant - NEVER AGAIN!"

Cons: "The ground crew got something stuck in the snow and we can't get off the plane because of that."

Cons: "parking my car 2 weeks in Asheville Long term was $ I should have gone to Charlotte, parked at my friend's house and paid AA the same rate for a nicer seat and cabin leg room. a la carte pricing ran my bill up even with NO checked luggage. Asheville doesn't have a shuttle service for the long-term parking."

Cons: "15 minutes waiting for luggage—still none out."

Pros: "The price was unbeatable, especially if you don't pay for a checked bag, carry-on, or a soda on the flight. Very smooth flight as well."
Cons: "The plane interior looks like it was gutted, then fitted with hard, plastic seats. No headrests, no privacy for the flight attendants. Everything costs extra."

Pros: "Great price. Direct route. Friendly gate staff and flight crew. On time (actually early) departure and arrival."
Cons: "Flip side of departing early is they closed boarding over 30 minutes before scheduled departure (nearly missed flight)."

Pros: "My wife said that this was the smoothest airplane ride she had ever had."
Cons: "The first lady at the check in desk told us the wrong gate. We wound up taking a tram to another terminal, found out that we were in the wrong place, and then made it back just in time to board with a few minutes to spare. Anyway, the airline itself was o.k. and next time I'll check the arrival/departure board. Since we were traveling with only a carry on, it was a good price after all the "frills" were added (pay for carry on, pay to select seat). we still had a price lower than any other airline. So all in all, once we got on the plane it was a pleasant experience."

Pros: "Great cost. Boarding and crew were seamless and pleasant."
Cons: "As with all airlines, it has all the comfort of a cattle car. No drink service - even water cost you money."

Pros: "The original price points for the direct flights are wonderful. You can actually book the week of a trip and save hundreds because those prices will probably still be the best. That is, until you learn about all of their extra fees."
Cons: "Wow, they sure do add extra fees for everything. Watch out. In the end, I bet it was cheaper to book with a major airline like American. They charge extra for each bag, including your carry- on, when you pick your seat you are charged depending on where it is in the aircraft, if you want a drink or food on the plane you will have to pay, if you do not print your ticket prior to arriving to the aiport they will charge you, etc."

Pros: "I liked that they had a direct flight from Los Angeles to Bellingham."
Cons: "The delays were horrendous and a google search reveals this to be so common it makes me wonder if it's not part of their business model. Like, so bad I ended up booking a return flight on Alaska and just ate the extra $"

Pros: "Considering the fare was advertised between $ and $ with other carriers on Kayak, I took this one for $, roundtrip, direct from LAX to Grand Junction."
Cons: "When the crew runs to get coffee in the terminal, make sure to do the same. I brought some snacks, but wish I had brought coffee. The man next to me kept creeping into my space which was incredibly annoying, but it was a relatively quick flight. Beats the two day drive from L.A. to Colorado."

Pros: "Nothing about this flight experience was good, with the exception of my overpriced hummus and crackers."
Cons: "Boarding was slow and archaic. Once we were all finally seated they came through 3 times with a paper trying to figure out who wasn't on board. As we taxied towards the runway a lady who felt dizzy coming on board threw up. The crew was obviously panicked and unorganized. We taxied back to our gate and waited for LA Fire for. to escort the ill lady off and clean the area. While waiting to taxi out the second time the flight attended, Tyeesha, was very rude to an elderly gent. He was seated in an exit row and she didn't think him capable. The lady on the aisle of my row volunteered to switch and Tyeesha' s response was a sharp, "Do you want to pay the higher price too?" When the lady next to me said she would gladly pay Tyeesha announced loudly that this discussion was between the two of them and everyone else needed to mind their own business. The lady offering to switch was really embarrassed, as was the elderly gent. Someone else was made to switch with him. They looked disgruntled too. In the air all the flight attendants were sharp and very direct. There were no please or thank you's used. Trash was collected silently and mostly with pointing. The armrest to my left had five flavors of chewed gum stuck to the side of it. My lap tray had grey and yellow sticky stuff on it and I chose to hold my food rather than let the two touch. The floors were untidy. The only reason I will ever fly Allegiant again is if I have no other options. It is 60 minutes closer to my house than SLC and I will be making the drive from now on."

Pros: "Seats were clean and nice"
Cons: "One crew member clearly is a disgruntled employee. It also should be against the law not to provide water without payment."

Pros: "The crew and pilot"
Cons: "Entertainment."

Pros: "No lay overs"

Pros: "Everything was super easy with Allegiant. This was our second time flying with this airline, and even though you feel like you get nickeled and dimed to death, the overall price is still much lower than any other airline. The plane was clean and the crew, both ways were awesome and in-tune with their passengers. Don't be fooled by the pricing, this is really an outstanding airline, we will fly again with Allegiant!"

Pros: "I didn't like anything about them"
Cons: "They made me pay dollars for two bags that would of fit under the seat"

Pros: "Very affordable."
Cons: "Seats are too close"

Pros: "Everything was fine"
Cons: "Hard landing"

Pros: "I sat in the front row so that I had leg room. It was worth the extra 20 bucks."
Cons: "No champagne."

Pros: "The flight attendants were great. Pilots attention to detail..Great."
Cons: "Charging for every little thing including seat choice, bags, snacks. No complimentary beverages or peanuts. Not even water! In the long run, I didn't save money on this trip."

Cons: "The LA to Eugene leg was delayed in departing, but this was an improvement on the cancelled flight from Eugene to LA. Arrived at the airport 2 hours early per their instructions to find the flight was delayed. Thirty minutes later they cancelled the flight and then provided no information concerning the new flight the following day."

Pros: "Easy to navigate"

Pros: "Flight was on time with a very pleasant staff"

Cons: "Every flight has been late or delayed by 1- 5 hours, unacceptable"

Pros: "I liked the price. Crew was very efficient getting everyone on board. Flight was on time. Your crew for the most part was very attentive. I fly between Albuquerque and LAX at least 2x a month. This was my first time with your airline. I am definitely going to use you again."
Cons: "A couple times staff was a bit inattentive. The elder lady in my row spilled her drink all over - on the tray and her lap. I had to ask 3x to get a napkin or something to help her clean it up. After the 3rd time she responded she was getting something but it was after she talked to someone and got a bottle of water for herself. It was unfortunate but overall I found your crew very nice and helpful."

Pros: "Checking was fast"
Cons: "I have to pay for my carry on ."

Pros: "Base price and airport convenience."
Cons: "Add on pricing for booking the reservation, selecting a seat and any other possible need. "Required" arrival two hours prior to flight, but check in desk not available. Seats were thin and too narrow for most every body type."
