gallon containers can be placed outside the night before or the morning of pick-up, as long as it is ready for pick-up by 5 a.m. Containers should be placed by the curb away from any and all obstacles.
  • It is your legal responsibility to properly dispose of waste material.

Waste material must not be left in an alley or vacant lot. Homeowners will assume responsibility to confirm that the hired contractors properly manage waste items.
  • Limbs and other large items must be placed away from fences, gas meters, utility lines and poles.

Do not place items on top of manhole covers. All materials must be placed behind the resident's property lines and not against the containers. Large items will be picked up according to the grappler truck schedule.
Rules for trash disposal

Dos

  • Face alley containers toward the alley.

In order to be emptied properly, containers must face the inside of the alley. Containers must be kept upright at all times.

Don'ts

  • Place flammable materials in any container.

Flammable materials such as oil, gasoline or paints shall not be placed in any type of trash container. These items are accepted at the landfill, free of charge, all items must be clearly labeled.
  • Leave large boxes that have not been broken down.

Any box over 3 feet x 3 feet must be cut down before being placed in any type of trash container, including commercial containers.
  • Place tires in any container.

Tires must be brought to the landfill. They shall not be left for the grappler truck or placed in trash containers.

The current residential rate for twice weekly refuse collection is $ per month.   A gallon container is centrally located in the alley for up to four (4) households. Residents not having alleys are provided ninety (90) gallon roll-outs that they can place at the street curb on collection days. Ninety (90) gallon roll-outs should be removed from the curb after they have been serviced. All waste needs to be bagged to prevent litter. Flammables, liquids, construction debris, large items, and dirt should not be placed in the containers.

Large items, bulky waste, furniture, white goods, and limbs need to be placed behind your own property for collection. Do not put these items around the refuse container or next to utility connections, especially not on top of gas meters or low power lines.

Two (2) grapple trucks start on the north side of town and work south. One truck picks up on the eastside of Main St. and the other the westside. It takes approximately one (1) month for the grapple trucks to service the City. Large loads using 3/4 of the trucks are charge $ plus tax. The grapple trucks pickup white goods, furniture, limbs, light construction debris, and also empty the recycling igloos twice a week and haul the material to the recycling facility.

Rates for commercial accounts vary according to the number of containers needed and how often they have to be serviced. Containers available for service are 90 gallon plastic roll-outs, gallon plastic container, and three (3) cubic yard metal dumpsters. The 90 and gallon containers are only serviced twice a week. The three (3) cubic yard dumpster is serviced up to six days per week and can be serviced more than once per day as needed.

05-06-2021 - FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING

Went to the bath. There, rummaging through a basket of dirty laundry, she found her daughter's panties. The very blue ones in which she was yesterday, showing off in front of her in an open robe.

I didnt call her, and she, apparently, didnt hear how I entered. I'm lying on the couch, thinking about what to do, and now my mother comes out of the bathroom completely naked. From surprise, she froze in place, but after standing rooted to the spot for a while, smiled and went into her room. I managed to get a good look at it.

Everything was still beautiful, my mother always looked after herself.
