Wilmington Police Department

About the Department

The Wilmington Police Department is responsible for providing law enforcement services to Delaware’s largest city. The agency traces its roots in public safety and service to the year , and presently includes sworn police officers in addition to civilian support staff. The department has been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) since and is committed to providing professional law enforcement and investigative services.

In recent years, the Wilmington Police Department has adopted a range of research-based, proven crime reduction strategies, including:

  • Community Policing (with each and every member of the agency serving as a community policing officer);
  • CompStat Methodology (applying business management principles to policing to ensure greater levels of focus and accountability);
  • District Integrity (assigning the same officers to the same neighborhood each time they report for duty);
  • Intelligence-Led Policing (leveraging the department’s Real Time Crime Center to help gather and disseminate intelligence to all personnel);
  • Group Violence Intervention (blending law enforcement and social service provision into a holistic crime prevention strategy); and
  • The integration of NIBIN firearm and ballistic tracing and analysis and the launch of an embedded Crime Gun Intelligence Center in partnership with the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

Mission Statement

The mission of the Wilmington Department of Police is to work in a true partnership with our fellow citizens, and to raise the level of public safety through law enforcement and thereby reduce the fear and incidence of crime. This mission will be fostered by every member of the department.

Message from Chief Robert J. Tracy

Chief Robert J. TracyThank you for visiting the Wilmington Police Department’s website. This platform includes information about our agency and the services we provide, as well as contact information and other resources for residents and visitors to Delaware’s largest city.

Beginning my law enforcement career more than 36 years ago, and with service in the New York City Police Department, the Chicago Police Department and now in Wilmington, I have found that community engagement can be one of the most impactful approaches to public safety. At the core of our efforts is the community we serve, and each member of the Wilmington Police Department engages in the neighborhoods they patrol, attending community meetings, interacting with residents and strengthening relationships.

Over the past several years, we have worked to critically examine our department and our approaches to crime prevention and suppression. We have instituted significant changes in the way we police our neighborhoods, embracing technology and innovation, and leveraging intelligence and other resources to combat crime. These approaches have helped to bring about historic reductions in crime.

It is an honor to serve as your Chief of Police, and I look forward to working with my officers to ensure that we continue to enhance public safety in Wilmington.

Oak Park Police Department-Non-Emergency Service

But literally 4 years ago I did not have all this. I came to Moscow as a poor student, rented a cheap apartment in half with a friend. I was catastrophically short of money. And one of my friends introduced me to a 30-year-old black man who lived in a hotel, worked in an unknown place, and was very. Fond of white girls.

But Maribell constantly caressed the futanari's cock with her elastic bosom, not giving even a chance to stop ejaculation, to interrupt this sweet torture. Darling, you are like me, futanari, - meanwhile, Marie's whisper did not stop. Her huge penis, like an inappropriate trinket at this moment, she moved aside and enjoyed the beautiful view of Coline, abundantly covered.

With precum, saliva and grease.
