We bought the car from them , they don't pressure you at all , you can go test drive any car without a salesmen in the car. The price is good and I would send everyone I know to triple crown auto sales

If only I could give 0 stars!!!!!!! Horrible customer service, bought a car, I overplayed for the car in general, then ontop of that leaving the lot with my car, their were no fluids in the car, no windshield wiper fluid, below recommended level of coolant, low oil, low transmission fluid, so after purchasing a car I had to go put new fluids in my new car, they did not care when I called to complain, as if things didnt get worse, my tranny started to slip the next day, also brakes made horrible sound within a day also, I brought the car back, they took my car for 2 weeks just to tell me they wouldnt fix my breaks nor their was ANYTHING wrong with the transmission, so I was basically making it up.... I pick up my car 2 weeks later and its still slipping when Im accelerating on the gas pedal!!!!! They did NOTHING to help me and sold me a junk car. I dont recommend them to anyone

Thought some of the cars were over priced and they refused to go any lower. I test drove a few different cars and I could just hear things wrong with them so beware and bring someone who knows about cars with you! I Finally saw and fell in love with a scion Xa and I got lucky it drove fine and has been running great. I love my car. Its a hit or miss there though so like I said beware. Also you can tell the back of my car was in a accident they denied it but you can tell. Also a few little things were missing and they couldnt replace...buy as is basically.

Excellent buying experience. Nothing like what you would imagine from a used car lot. Very low pressure, helpful and friendly staff. Ive purchased 2 cars from them, and searched many other lots each time; so far nothing else has compared. Not only do they give you a low to zero pressure buying experience, but their cars are usually priced at or close to private party Blue Book. That means along with the enjoyable buying experience, you get a great price as well. The main sales pressure theyve used on my is having great cars at a great price.

Triple Crown Auto is Amazing! Everyone is very professional and courteous. The search/sales experience was great...Alex made us feel comfortable and there was no pressure to make a sale. Their selection was small enough that we didnt feel overwhelmed, but large enough that we could find the vehicle within our budget/mileage! Even after the sale Chris at their service department was available to answer questions regarding the vehicle and put our mind at ease. I bought a 2010 Nissan Rogue from here on 8/11/2017. I had the car less than 48 hours and I started having issues with the car. Triple Crown has been incredible. They had me bring the car into their shop, they provided me a loaner and covered the cost of a new transmission. They exibit superior customer service and quality assurance! If i could rate them higher than a 5 i completely would. Thank you Triple Crown you really have a satified customer!

ONE SAD CUSTOMER I purchased a Ford F350 for $15,995 with a $2,500 warrnty and tax and lic and fees, I paid $695.00 for sprayed in bed liners I also bought $300.00 in seat covers and also paid $300.00 dollars for Huskey Liners, lets say I spent some good money. Out of the 45 days I owned this truck it was at my home for 3 days. I had it towed into Triple Crown 3 times they tried to fix it and that never happened. I contacted the managers there and told them that I needed a car I could drive not a car to have towed in and be stressed out if it would ever be fixed. I asked if they would take it in on trade? After being a great customer and buying 3 cars from them or more and sending many many people to buy cars from them they give me $10,000 towards another car WOW I felt very sad to be treated like nothing more than a profit margin not a good customer but a piece of TRASH. They told me that was the way it was that all the money they put into fixing the car. You think after all the money I have spent there and customers I have sent to them, they might have maybe not looked at the all mighty dollar and treated me like a human. This was a deal they could have been a little more flexable on and made the customer happy but no they sent me down the road sad and as I look in the mirror I see the same red 2003 Ford F350 4x4 diesel 6.0 know in the world of cars to have a very very bad record . I WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH TRIPLE CROWN OR SEND A CUSTOMER THERE WAY AGAIN WATCH OUT they have to make there profit no matter what. They wouldnt think of maybe helping a disabled man out and just making a car deal right thats all I wanted, but no it was the profit margin thing and they set the rules how sad. I understand you have to make money to keep the lights on, but sometimes making a customer happy might keep the lights on for good CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION!!!!!!!
